While the stunning mountain views are a highlight, my experience at Spring Creek Ranch was marred by significant customer service issues and an overpriced stay. The initial room we received did not match expectations based on the website, and the overall service lacked helpfulness and responsiveness. Although the amenities and setting have potential, I would be cautious about returning given my experience.

We had a wonderful time at Spring Creek Ranch, especially with the fantastic horseback riding experience and the beautiful mountain views. The wranglers were incredibly patient with our kids, making it easy for them to enjoy the ride.
